Remodels, Repairs, Re-coat, Re-plaster
Remodels; Need to replace old windows or doors. We can add your new windows/doors and maybe it’s good time to repair the old cracked stucco/plaster and put new fresh color coat on while your at it.
Repairs; Now that straw bale homes are being sold frequently, the sellers and buyers are looking into the quality of the build and plaster systems before they purchase a home. Get top dollar for your home, repair it before going on the market. Working for the buyers I have had the opportunity to inspect the plaster systems of these homes. Some exteriors look great and some plaster systems do not look so good and need a fresh color coat or be tore off and a new updated stucco system installed by SBC. We can provide a potential buyers with a written proposal for an updated stucco system.
Re-coat; A fresh color coat can be done as long as the base coats are solid. We can verify what type of stucco/plaster material that has been used and duplicate or change it up after some light repairs.
Re-Plaster; There is a few things that has made a plaster system fail. I can get into that detail at another time. Sometimes it is easier and quicker to tear off the old plaster system and install a “New” UBC complaint stucco system.
